Hoops

This past weekend, Ryan rediscovered his Hawkeye basketball hoop and after setting it up in the kitchen, he happily spent 20 minutes shooting hoops. It is a terrific independent activity since he can chase down his own rebounds. After a little practice, he got pretty good and I love watching him come up with new moves. He seems to have a few different shots in his arsenal:

I'm not sure where he got his hoops skillz since his parents' basketball careers ended by 8th grade, but maybe there's hope for our little hoopster. Let's just hope he gets his daddy's height.
